Let it be declared for the public record:

A man who stands and speaks for himself before God and before the world is not a minor, not a ward of the State, and not dead at sea. He is not a legal fiction, and he is not in need of representation.

To say, “I need a lawyer” — is to declare:

• That one is legally incompetent.
• That one cannot speak or think for oneself.
• That one is not spiritually mature enough to bear full accountability.

This is the trap laid by the system of Babylon: the moment the man hands over his voice to a BAR-registered actor, the court gains full jurisdiction over his estate.

The court no longer needs consent — it has been granted by silence and incompetency.

A minor or a ward may not inherit. A minor cannot hold dominion. A minor must be governed.

But a man — a sovereign, mature, spirit-filled man — governed by the Law of God, is no longer a child tossed to and fro. He speaks. He affirms. He testifies.

He does not require advocacy — because truth speaks through him.

The State presumes all men are wards — until they rebut that presumption.

The law of presumption is powerful:

• If you do not rebut the NAME, it binds you.
• If you do not speak, they speak for you.
• If you do not act, they act in your stead.

Therefore:

I am the living man. The mature one. The one who was dead, but now lives.

I speak for myself, I claim my estate, and I rebut the fiction.
