I, Alin-Vasile of the House of Mureșan, living man, Beneficiary and Executor, do hereby issue this formal indictment and public testimony against the STATE and all its agents acting as false executors de son tort.

⚓ This indictment stands as lawful notice and witness that:

• The STATE, its agents, and employees have used the Cestui Que Vie Act trusts to create and profit from Legal Names, without disclosure or consent of the living.
• By doing so, they act unlawfully as executors over the estates of the living, converting birthright into collateral, and trading on the sweat equity of men and women.
• They extort through taxation, penalties, and threats of enforcement, all under colour of law, and in dishonour.
• They drag even prayer and worship under their Acts and Statutes, presuming to sit in judgment over that which belongs only to God.

Declaration and Rebuttal

⚓ I reject and rebut all presumptions of trusteeship by the STATE.
⚓ I reject all false claims that the NAME is the living man.
⚓ I reject all Acts that seek to regulate worship, prayer, or testimony.
⚓ I stand in Peace, but not in silence — this fraud is named, exposed, and recorded.

⚓ Let this indictment stand in the Court Room of Records as lawful evidence and heavenly witness.

⚓ Let every official, magistrate, and minister who reads this take notice that the liability grows daily against those in dishonour.
