The House of Muresan is hereby established and proclaimed as a Private International Court of Record and, Selah Code 777 Non-UCC, Non-Corporate Living Estate existing in the superior jurisdiction of Divine Law, Natural Law, and Lex Mercatoria (the Law Merchant). This Decree serves as the absolute rebuttal of all statutory presumptions, corporate joinders, and “Color of Law” attachments.
