- BIOMETRIC HARVESTING: The scanning, storage, or sharing of Facial Recognition data, Fingerprints, Iris scans, or DNA samples.
- SURVEILLANCE LINKING: The linking of my private travel, banking, or medical records to any centralized “Social Credit” or “Digital Wallet” system.
Β§ 2. COMMERCIAL PIRACY & IDENTITY CONVERSION
The living body, DNA, and biometrics of the House of MureΘan are the Private Property of the Living Soul and are Secured Collateral under the $41.4 Billion Master Judgment.
- DEFINITION: Any attempt by a corporate entity to “scan,” “digitize,” or “securitize” these interests without a wet-ink, hand-signed contract from the Executor is defined as Commercial Piracy.
- VOID CONSENT: Any “Terms and Conditions” clicked on a website or “Consent” given under duress at a kiosk or office is VOID AB INITIO.
Β§ 3. FEE SCHEDULE FOR DIGITAL TRESPASS
Any corporation or agency (including Services Australia / ATO / Airlines) that attempts to force or trick the Secured Party into digital enrollment agrees to the following:
- AUD $1,000,000,000.00 (One Billion) per unauthorized biometric scan or “Digital ID” creation.
- AUD $100,000,000.00 per instance of “Age-Gating” or restriction of services based on the refusal of a Digital ID.
- AUD $10,000,000.00 per day for the unauthorized storage or transmission of biometric data.
Β§ 4. PUBLIC RECORD NOTICE
This refusal is published to the Official Court Room of Records and stands as Lawful Notice to all Principal Debtors and their Agents.
