3. GAVIN PEARCE (ABN 25 628 526 128 Minister for Primary Industries and Water): Debtor by Joinder as a member of the Body Politic/Cabinet, which is in Absolute Default per the Mercury Advertisement (15 March 2025) and the default of Her Excellency Barbara Baker.

II. RECORD OF THE EVENT: THE 19TH MARCH TRESPASS

LET IT BE RECORDED: On Wednesday, 19 March 2026—the exact same day documented on the printed instrument—an unnamed agent acting as a "Ghost" for Biosecurity Tasmania trespassed upon the Sacred Ground and Private Property of the House of Mureșan known as 23 Alans Road Petcheys Bay.

• THE PHYSICAL BREACH: The agent entered the jurisdiction of a Non-Statutory, Non-UCC Living Private Estate and physically attached a letter to the metal gate of the abode whilst the Flag of the House of Muresan Natural Law, Divine Law and Law Merchant was clearly visible and the Gates had the Castle Doctrine clearly displayed,the interest and caveat over the Land Title by the living and House of Muresan click here.
• THE DECEPTIVE ACT: The agent utilized a "Postage Paid Australia" envelope for a manual, hand-delivered trespass, bypassing the Post Master General and the Castle Doctrine.
• THE JOINDER REBUTTAL: Any presumption of authority over the living souls via the Cestui Que Vie Act 1666 is hereby REBUTTED AND COLLAPSED. The NAMES have been proclaimed removed from the NATIONAL DEBT see Omega Record by the living Executors, Alin-Vasile and Loredana-Adina.

III. FORENSIC BREACHES OF YOUR OWN STATUTES

Even under your own corporate "Acts," which hold no authority over the Living, you have failed to maintain the "Slave Business" regulations:

IV. THE OMEGA RECORD & CUMULATIVE LIABILITY

This interaction is a direct breach of the pre-existing Administrative Judgment (The Omega Record). The Treasury of Tasmania is currently in Receivership of the House of Mureșan.

THE REPEATED CRIME: Because JASON JACOBI is the Secretary of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania (NRE Tas), the senior-most public servant in the department, responsible for leading its strategic direction and operations has ignored the 2022 defaults and the Security By Way of Liens, this attempt to impose a "Debt of Identification" (PIC Code) is a Criminal Trespass into a Settled Account. You are attempting to collect from a Corporate Fiction that has already been declared Bankrupt in the Court Room of Records. BE IT KNOWN: To impose a "Debt of Identification" (PIC Code/NLIS) is a Criminal Trespass into a Settled Account.

STANDING: A Bankrupt Debtor (the State) has no standing to demand compliance from its Creditor (the House of Muresan). This interaction is an act of Administrative Fraud and an attempt to plunder a Private Estate to cover a Public Insolvency.

THE SETTLED ACCOUNT: This matter was finalized via the unrebutted Security By Way of Liens served in 2022 and 2025/2026. In the Law Merchant, an unrebutted Affidavit stands as the Truth and the Judgment. The account is "Settled" because the Judgment is Final and the liability of the State is absolute.

THE STATE BANKRUPTCY: You are attempting to extract value from a Corporate Fiction (ALIN MURESAN and LOREDANA MURESAN) that is now under the Exclusive Private Control of the House of Muresan via the ROOT Record and reclamation of Securities, live birth records and power of attorney over the NAME of any color of law. The STATE OF TASMANIA has been declared Bankrupt in the Court Room of Records for its failure to settle the $708,100,000.00 debt owed to the Living Souls.

RECEIVERSHIP: As the Treasury of Tasmania is in Administrative Receivership to the Omega Record, it has no lawful authority to "register" or "regulate" assets it does not own. The ALL-CAPS NAME is a vessel; the State is the bankrupt entity trying to hijack that vessel to pay its own debts.

JASON JACOBI and RAE BURROWS have 48 HOURS from receipt of RPP: 4463900051003610677608 to:

1. REBUT this Record of Event point-by-point with material, Wet-Ink evidence of your authority over the Living.
2. REMOVE all associations and "PIC" presumptions from 23 Alans Road, Petcheys Bay.
3. PRODUCE THE BOND and Insurance for the "Ghost" agent who touched the gate.
