WHEREAS the Governor of Tasmania (Barbara Baker), The Registrar (Michael Myriti), and Services Australia (Kathy Stevens/Jonathon Thorpe) have trespassed upon the Private Estate without lawful authority;
AND WHEREAS on 23 December 2025, the accused unlawfully deleted the PPSR Public Record to conceal their liability, acting without a Judicial Hearing, without a Judge, and without Rebuttal;
IT IS HEREBY RULED:
That the accused are declared FALSE EXECUTORS and EXECUTORS DE SON TORT. They are guilty of Trespass, Fraud, and Spoliation of Evidence. The removal of the digital PPSR record serves as the Final Confession of Guilt.
