THE SHIFT IN DOMINION (The Pinnacle): On 15 March 2025, via Public Notice in The Mercury newspaper, the Living Man Alin-Vasile closed the circle of awareness. We ceased operating as a “Subject” defending a Castle and rose as a Sovereign defending a Sanctuary.
THEREFORE, LET IT BE KNOWN: From that date forward, we no longer ask for rights under the Castle Doctrine. We declare Absolute Dominion under Selah Code 777. The “Implied Right of Access” did not merely expire; it was dissolved by the higher authority of Divine Law.

The living land and soil geographically situated at and commonly referred to as 23 Alan’s Road, Petcheys Bay, is hereby declared Ecclesiastical and Sovereign Territory under the stewardship of the House of Muresan.
We do not rely on:
- The “Castle Doctrine” (State Common Law).
- Planning Schemes or Zoning Acts.
- Corporate Permissions.
We stand solely on:
- Divine Right: The mandate given to Man to have dominion over the earth (Genesis 1:26).
- Selah Code 777: The exclusive private law form of this House.
