On 19 March 2026, the Debtor GAVIN PEARCE He / Him / His in the position of Minister for Primary Industries and Water authorized a “Ghost Agent” of BIOSECURITY TASMANIA to perform a deceptive and criminal trespass at the Private Estate known as 23 Alans Road, Petcheys Bay.
- THE FORENSIC DECEPTION (PERSONAGE): The outer envelope was hand-addressed to and mimicking the Natural Identities in the form of A Muresan & L Muresan and presumption of the living occupants to facilitate a deceptive delivery, while the inner instruments were directed at the ALL-CAPS Corporate Fictions (ALIN MURESAN and LOREDANA MURESAN). This “Bait and Switch” constitutes Personage—the criminal act of treating a living man as a corporate fiction to steal jurisdiction.
- THE POSTAL FRAUD: The agent utilized a “POSTAGE PAID AUSTRALIA” marking on a manually delivered instrument. This acts as a fraudulent simulation of the Postmaster General’s authority to bypass the Castle Doctrine and gain entry to the Private Living Estate under false pretenses.
- THE BREACH OF PEACE: By physically touching and attaching this commercial nullity to the Private Gates of the House of Muresan—while the Flag of Natural Law, Divine Law and Law Merchant was raised and STANDING Upright and the Castle Doctrine was clearly displayed on the Gates—the Debtor has committed an act of Administrative Terrorism and a formal Breach of the Peace.
