Your failure to provide the itemized “Notice in Due Course” proves an intent to create an administrative default to facilitate theft.

This payment is made UNDER TOTAL DURESS, PROTEST, AND COERCION specifically to prevent the immediate harm, loss, alarm, and distress caused by the unlawful threats of Raelene Watson, Sally Doyle, Lachlan Kranz, and Sandra Anderson.

This payment of $11,546.95 regarding Reference 7202836 is a TACTICAL RANSOM to stay the fraudulent ‘Sale of Land’ proceedings initiated by Raelene Watson. It is a payment made to stay harm and does not constitute a grant of jurisdiction or an admission of any ‘rates’ liability.
