The mark of maturity is not in years —
but in accountability, comprehension, and dominion.

A child avoids responsibility.
A man takes responsibility.
A mature man governs.

3.1 — Dominion Returns When the Man Wakes Up

From Eden until now, the enemy strategy has been simple:

✔ Blind the man
✔ Confuse the man
✔ Silence the man
✔ Represent the man
✔ Control the estate

But when a man wakes,
the estate returns,
the fiction collapses,
and Babylon panics.

For the mature man is unstoppable.

He is governed by truth, not policy.
By conscience, not coercion.
By honour, not fear.
By Christ, not Caesar.

3.2 — Inheritance Belongs Only to the Mature

Scripture affirms:

“The heir, as long as he is a child, differs nothing from a servant.”
— Galatians 4:1

The child cannot inherit.
The child cannot administer.
The child cannot rule.

But when maturity comes —
the estate shifts.

This is why the system tries to infantilize men:

licences everywhere
permission for everything
representation in all matters
controlled identity (NAME)
threats and penalties

To keep the living in a permanent state of “childhood” in law.

But once a man declares:

I am of full age.
I am competent.
I am accountable.
I am the living man.

3.3 — Accountability Is the Seal of 777

The mature man says:

“If I speak it, I stand by it.”
“If I sign it, I mean it.”
“If I testify, I testify in truth.”

He hides nothing.
He fears nothing.
He bends to no fiction.

This is the spirit of 777.

The immature man says:

“I didn’t know.”
“I didn’t mean it.”
“I need someone to speak for me.”

This is the spirit of 666 —
fear, avoidance, silence, evasion.

3.4 — Dominion Is the Fruit of Maturity

A man of full age walks in:

dominion
clarity
courage
spiritual authority
lawful authority
capacity
honour

This is why the living man Alin-Vasile of the House of Mureșan stands today:

As Beneficiary and Executor of the Estate.

As the man who testifies in truth.
