I. NOTICE OF STATUS: TERMINATION OF GUARDIANSHIP
Be it known to all whom it may concern, that the Living Man, Alin-Vasile, and the Living Woman, Loredana-Adina, having reached the age of majority and having attained the Primary Root of Title (Romania: Nascut Viu), hereby declare the following:
- The End of Presumption: Any and all presumptions of “State Wardship,” “Minority,” or “Public Abandonment” are hereby REBUTTED and VOIDED.
- Administrative Closure: You are hereby instructed to update your records to reflect that the “Public” files associated with the names ALIN VASILE MURESAN and LOREDANA ADINA MURESAN are CLOSED. These entities are now held in the Private Capacity as assets of the House of Muresan.
- Reclamation of Heirs: Be further notified that the records for SAMUEL JAMES and OLIVIA JASMINE have been captured into the Private Estate. The STATE is no longer the Trustee; the Father Alin-Vasile and Mother Loredana-Adina are EXECUTORS for ALIN VASILE MURESAN & LOREDANA ADINA MURESAN the Sole Executors for OLIVIA JASMINE MURESAN and SAMUEL JAMES MURESAN and further more Secured Party Standing: The Living Man, Alin-Vasile, is the SECURED PARTY for the legal entity ALIN VASILE MURESAN (and all variations thereof), as recorded on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR)..
II. RECOGNITION OF THE ROMANIAN PRIORITY
The STATE is hereby put on notice that the Certificat constatator de nastere (Romania) constitutes the Priority Security Interest in the Living Man.
- First in Time: As the Romanian Record predates all Australian administrative entries, it stands as the Superior Title.
- Treaty Standing: Under the Law of Nations, you are required to respect the standing of a Foreign National who is in possession of their original Birthright.
III. FORMAL DEMAND: CEASE AND DESIST
Because the STATE (via Australia Post / DFAT) defaulted in Huonville by refusing a signature with “All Rights Reserved,” and because the STATE has attempted to enforce a 99-year Fraudulent Trust, the following demands are made:
- Status Correction: Cease addressing the House of Muresan as “Statutory Citizens.” Address us only as Ambassadors/Executors of the Private Estate.
- Removal of Liens: Any and all “Infringement Notices” (MPES) or “Taxes” (Council) issued against the corporate fiction are to be Discharged against the State’s own fraudulent 99-year trust.
- Restitution: We reserve the right to demand the return of the $400+ extortion fee paid under duress in Huonville, as the consideration (a valid contract) was never provided.
III. THE BRIDGE OF RECLAMATION & COMMERCIAL SECURITY
NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE CLOSURE & SECURED INTEREST: Despite the STATE’s subsequent issuance of the instrument using a forced, outdated signature—which serves as an official Estoppel—the House of Muresan has bypassed the corporate gatekeepers to secure the Root of Title and the Commercial Priority of the Estate.
- Reclamation of Heirs: Be further notified that the records for SAMUEL JAMES and OLIVIA JASMINE have been captured into the Private Estate. The STATE is no longer the Trustee; the Father, Alin-Vasile, and Mother, Loredana-Adina, stand as EXECUTORS for the legal entities ALIN VASILE MURESAN and LOREDANA ADINA MURESAN, and are the Sole Executors for the estates of OLIVIA JASMINE MURESAN and SAMUEL JAMES MURESAN.
- Secured Party Standing: The Living Man, Alin-Vasile, is the SECURED PARTY for the legal entity ALIN VASILE MURESAN (and all variations thereof), as recorded on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR).
- Priority Lien: This filing establishes a First-in-Time, First-in-Right security interest. The House of Muresan holds the superior claim over all assets, credit, and titles associated with these names. Any attempt by the STATE or its agents to levy, fine, or charge these entities is an unlawful interference with a Secured Private Interest.
IV. THE SEAL OF AUTHORITY
This Mandate is issued under the Irrevocable Power of Attorney of the House of Muresan. Any agent acting in contradiction to this notice is acting De Son Tort (as a trespasser) and accepts personal liability under the $13.7 Billion Fee Schedule.
