🛡️ ADDENDUM: PRIVATE CAPACITY & NON-COMMERCIAL STATUS

NOTICE TO ALL FIDUCIARIES AND PUBLIC SERVANTS: This document is a formal, self-executing addendum to the Master Scroll of Execution ($41.4B). It defines the strict commercial terms under which the living souls of the House of Muresan interact with corporate “Public” services, including airlines, maritime carriers, and road authorities.

§ 1. THE STATUS OF THE “LICENSE” & IDENTITY

The presentation of any STATE-issued “Driver’s License,” “Passport,” or “Identity Card” by any member of the House of Mureșan (ALIN VASILE MURESAN, et al.) is:

  1. FOR IDENTIFICATION ONLY: To identify the NAME (the corporate vessel) only.
  2. WITHOUT PREJUDICE: It does not grant jurisdiction or “joiner” to the COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA (SEC CIK No: 0000805157) or the STATE OF TASMANIA (ABN: 25 628 526 128).
  3. UNDER DURESS: Held and presented only to prevent the immediate theft of private property (impoundment) or the unlawful restriction of the right to travel.
  4. VOID AB INITIO: Any “consent” implied by the use of these documents is hereby revoked and declared void.

§ 2. MANDATORY NOTICE TO CARRIERS & AIRLINES

All public carriers (including but not limited to Jetstar, Qantas, and Spirit of Tasmania) are hereby notified:

  • PNR STATUS: The Passenger Name Record (PNR) must reflect the traveler’s status as: “Secured Party / Executor – Private Capacity.”
  • DATA PROTECTION: Any sharing of traveler data with “Digital ID” networks, third-party biometrics, or government surveillance databases is a billable trespass of AUD $1,000,000.00 per data packet.

§ 3. COMMERCIAL FEE SCHEDULE FOR INTERFERENCE

Any agent (Police, Ranger, Inspector, or Bailiff) who ignores this status agrees to the following fees, payable in silver, gold, or liquidated currency:

  • AUD $1,000,000.00 per unauthorized stop, detention, or “administrative interview.”
  • AUD $10,000,000.00 per “Demerit Point” or restriction applied to the NAME (defined as Commercial Spoliation and Identity Theft).
  • AUD $100,000,000.00 for the unauthorized seizure, towing, or impoundment of any private conveyance.
