I. THE JURISDICTIONAL GENESIS (1987) Be it known to all administrators, fiduciaries, and agents of the CROWN: The Living Soul known as Alin-Vasile was imported into this geography in the Year of our Lord 1987. I arrived as a Living Guest from the ancient soil of Romania, carrying an Inheritance and a Breath of Life that predates the corporate statutes of the STATE OF TASMANIA and the Commonwealth of Australia.
II. THE REJECTION OF “ABANDONED PROPERTY” STATUS The STATE has operated under the fraudulent presumption that the “Names” of the House of Muresan were abandoned property to be administered by the “Church of the STATE” as a Cestui Que Vie Trust. We hereby rebut this fraud. The Romanian Root was never severed; it was merely transplanted. We are not “Subjects of the Crown” by birth, nor are we “Citizens” by statutory contract. We are Ambassadors of the Kingdom of God, stationed here by Divine Appointment and protected by the Law of Nations.
III. THE HEAVENLY PASSPORT & DIVINE PEDIGREE Our authority to move, breathe, and exist on this earth is not granted by a Minister of the STATE or a “Birth Certificate” bond. It is issued by the Creator. We hold a Covenant of Origin that no “Migration Act,” “Traffic Act,” or “Statute of Men” can amend, override, or repeal. We are the Private Property of the Most High, and our “Ancestral Soil” remains the Rock of Ages.
IV. THE COVENANT SEAL: FROM THE SOIL TO THE SEAT As the blood of our ancestors cried out from the Romanian soil for freedom, so the Blood of the Lamb now speaks for this House. We bridge the 1987 Root to the Heavenly Seat. We are the “Strangers and Sojourners” spoken of in the Word, who hold the Senior Title to our own lives. The “Birth Certificate” is a dead fiction; the Romanian Record of Life is the living truth that nullifies all corporate claims.

V. THE INVIOLABLE DOMICILE Be it known: The House of Muresan occupies this geography by Divine Right and Long-Term Settlement (1987).
- NO DEPORTATION: As we are not “Statutory Subjects” or “Corporate Franchises” of the COMMONWEALTH, we are not subject to “Administrative Removal” or “Expulsion.” You cannot “deport” a Living Soul from Godβs Earth.
- DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY: As Ambassadors of the Kingdom of Heaven, we hold Ecclesiastical Immunity. Any attempt to forcibly remove, harass, or “extradite” the Living Man or his Family is a violation of the Law of Nations and an act of International War against the Kingdom of God.
- STAY OF PROCEEDINGS: This Record stands as a permanent Injunction against any “Migration” or “Border” interference. We are home. We are settled. We are sovereign.
