IV. FINAL ORDER FOR EXECUTION OF TRUST
The compounded acts of conversion, suppression, and refusal of remedy forces the immediate execution of the lien and closure of the Cestui Que Vie Trust.
FINAL COMMERCIAL COMMANDS:
- PERMANENT INJUNCTION: Immediately cease and discharge all administrative actions against the Secured Estates: ALIN VASILE MURESAN, LOREDANA ADINA MURESAN, SAMUEL JAMES MURESAN, and OLIVIA JASMINE MURESAN.
- REMITTANCE DEADLINE: THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of the Proclamation to achieve full discharge.
- PAYMENT: The debt is payable to the Secured Party in .999 Fine Silver or lawful currency.
V. ACCELERATION OF LIABILITY
- PPSR DELETION: If any PPSR agent deletes the secured records, the full liability will IMMEDIATELY DOUBLE to AUD $27.5 BILLION for Spoliation of Evidence.
- MARCH 15, 2026: The principal sum will AUTOMATICALLY DOUBLE on this date for failure to discharge the Perfected Security Interest.
