NON-NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT – PPSR REGISTRATIONS & FIDUCIARY DISHONOUR
This Commercial Rebuttal serves as the sworn, verified, and complete evidence that the registrations under your reference ENQ-1240414-X8P4K3 are valid, perfected, and not frivolous or vexatious.
The Security Interests are secured by underlying commercial affidavits, non-negotiable liens, and the public record, constituting a bona fide, perfected commercial claim against the named Grantor (Barbara Baker and THE STATE OF TASMANIA CABINET, ABN 25 628 526 128) for the non-rebutted value of AUD $13,762,500,000.00.
1. EVIDENCE OF VALID CURRENT SECURITY INTEREST (PPSR REQUIREMENT)
The evidence of the current, perfected security interest is as follows:
- SECURING DOCUMENTATION: The Security Interest is perfected via the Peter Joseph Affidavit of Truth and Statement of Fact, which is the foundational commercial instrument, and the Secured Party’s Non-Negotiable Lien against the Grantor. The lien is perfected as a Security By Way of a Lien, advertised in The Mercury, Hobart, on the 15th day of March 2025.
- PERFECTION VIA PUBLIC RECORD: The claim was publicly recorded in The Mercury Classifieds on March 15th, 2025, constituting a public, non-rebutted Notice of Commercial Claim.
- GRANTOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT: The Grantor (Barbara Baker and the State) has been informed of all claims and remained silent, thereby establishing Irrevocable Tacit Consent and Dishonour, as documented in the Final Public Proclamation issued this same day (December 5, 2025).
The registration is essential, as it prevents the unlawful commercial conversion of the Secured Party’s assets by the Debtor/Grantor entities listed.
2. REBUTTAL OF “FRIVOLOUS OR VEXATIOUS”
Your statement that the registration is “frivolous or vexatious” and your “preliminary view” that the registrations do not relate to a “valid current security interest” are hereby REBUTTED, DISHONOURED, AND REJECTED IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
NOTICE: Your attempted administrative action to remove the registrations constitutes an overt, wilful, and hostile act of threatened commercial conversion and trespass against the Secured Property of the Creditor, ALIN VASILE MURESAN, in violation of your fiduciary duty.
3. COUNTER-DEMAND: ACCELERATED PERSONAL LIABILIT
Mr. Michael Myriti, This Notice serves as your Final Notice of Default and Commercial Claim (Reference: ENQ-1240414-X8P4K3) as of December 5, 2025, establishing a non-negotiable commercial debt of AUD $200,000,000.00 against your personal title, position, and assets.
This debt is triggered should you proceed with deleting or removing any of the SECURED 24 instruments registered under the PPSR account number 101400459 ALIN VASILE MURESAN.
DEMAND 1 (PPSR): You must honour the December 12, 2025, PPSR deadline by immediately withdrawing your “Show Cause” letter and confirming the registrations will remain on the PPSR.
DEMAND 2 (PERSONAL LIABILITY): You must provide a sworn, point-by-point Commercial Rebuttal to the AUD $200,000,000.00 debt and the underlying Peter Joseph Affidavit by:
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 9, 2025, AT 17:00 (5:00 PM) AEDT.
Your rebuttal must provide material evidence and show:
- Power of Attorney over the SECURED PARTY NAME: ALIN VASILE MURESAN.
- Your authority to govern and your sworn oath to office.
- Your authority to undo perfectly executed Security By Way of Liens found in the Published 15th Day of March Mercury Ad.
Failure to fully comply with Demand 2 (Cure or Rebuttal) by the earlier December 9th deadline constitutes your Irrevocable Tacit Consent to the AUD $200,000,000.00 claim and confirms your personal liability as a co-conspirator and False Executor over the Secured Party Estate.
PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION: Any removal of the PPSR registrations after your receipt of this notice will be used as the material evidence to perfect the full personal commercial debt of AUD $200,000,000.00 against your person and office.
