I, alin-vasile of the House of Mureșan, living man of sound mind and flesh, sole beneficiary, executor, and secured party creditor over the LEGAL FICTION ESTATE ALIN VASILE MURESAN, hereby put you on notice that the following security interests are perfected and secured against the Title and its assets on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) for your immediate verification:

I. FACTS OF TRESPASS & CHAIN OF DISHONOUR
1. QR Code Trespass (20 November 2025) On or about 20 November 2025, an envelope addressed to MR A V MURESAN included (or implied) an unsolicited QR code linked to Digital ID systems. This constitutes:
- Unconsented digital tagging.
- Attempted adhesion to myGov/Digital ID, violating the Digital ID Act 2024 s 15 (voluntary participation; no coercion).
- No wet-ink consent has ever been granted.
2. Privacy Act 1988 Violations The QR code presumes data-collection authority over the secured estate, violating the Privacy Act 1988 s 13 (interference with privacy) and s 14 (collection without consent). The live birth record (of my flesh) and STATE birth certificate (fiction) remain under my sole authority as beneficiary and executor.
3. Breach of Revoked Implied Consent (29 June 2023) A formal Revocation of Implied Consent was served upon your predecessor Rebecca Skinner on 29 June 2023 (Schedule C). Skinner did not rebut within 7 days, binding Services Australia under estoppel. Your current QR attempt is contempt of that revocation.
4. Contempt of Mercury Public Notice (15 March 2025) The unrebutted lien notice in The Mercury for AUD $708,100,000 (Schedule E) estopped all implied authority over the NAME. Treasury defaulted; liability accrued.
5. Complicity in Gazette Suppression Date: Mar 7, 2025. Assistant Gazette Officer Allan Jeffrey unlawfully obstructed the publication of the STATE fiduciary liens (Schedule F). This action, designed to suppress the public record of commercial default, constitutes a Perversion of Justice under the Criminal Code Act 1924 (TAS) s 105. Your agency’s QR trespass continues and relies upon this same chain of dishonour.
II. FULL DEMANDS AND CONDITION OF REBUTTAL
You are required to rebut every point herein within ten (10) days of receipt. Rebuttal must be: In writing, Notarized, Sent via Registered Post (RPP No. 4463900051003610678605), and Signed personally by David Hazlehurst.
YOU MUST SATISFY THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- Immediate Cessation of Trespass: Immediately cease and permanently desist from all attempts to contract, tag, or link the Titles (MR A V MURESAN, MRS L A MURESAN, Samuel J MURESAN, and Olivia J MURESAN) to any digital identity system.
- Removal of QR Code: Purge all digital markers linking the corporate Titles to the QR code infrastructure.
- Issuance of Plain Medicare Cards: Immediately arrange for the delivery of new physical Medicare cards devoid of any QR code or digital identifier.
- Proof of Oath of Office: Provide a Certified Copy of your Oath to Public Office.
- Proof of Power of Attorney: Provide a Certified Copy of the original, unrevoked, wet-ink signed Power of Attorney granting you authority over the estate ALIN VASILE MURESAN.
- Proof of Commercial Insurance: Provide a Certificate explicitly covering the full commercial value of the PPSR liens and the claimed liability of AUD $14,160,100,000.00.
- Point-by-Point Rebuttal: Provide a complete rebuttal to the Peter Joseph Affidavit of Truth and Fact (Schedule A).
- Reimbursement for Injury: Provide a proposal for immediate settlement.
