I am providing you with the Unforeseen Circumstance mentioned in your own advice. The Variation necessitated by this notice is the Permanent Exemption of Volume 72979 Folio 1 from your digital removal scheme. The Blue Paper remains in the physical hand of the Living as proof of purchase and the physical bridge to the Original Purchase Grant (Lot 398).
