- Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan (Sworn Affidavit, Security by Way of Lien, and Claim of Remedy).
- Liability: You acknowledge full commercial and spiritual liability for any and all unlawful, deceptive, or presumptive contact.
⚠️ BINDING PENALTY CLAUSE & CUMULATIVE LIABILITY: NOTICE: The House of Muresan holds a Standing Judgment against the Commonwealth and State Agents for AUD $13,452,100,000.00 (Based on the unrebutted Mercury Notice of 15 March 2025 and subsequent defaults).
BE ADVISED: The penalties listed below are NEW CHARGES and are CUMULATIVE (added on top of) the existing Principal Debt.
1. The Trespass Penalty (Punitive): Any agent who acts outside of their authority to force joinder, issue fines, or threaten the Living Man shall be liable for:
- AUD $200,000,000.00 per incident.
- Nature: Damages for Spiritual and Commercial Trespass.
2. The Administrative Service Fee (Operational): Any agent sending unsolicited paperwork (Rates, Rego, Standard Letters) that requires the Executor to open, review, and archive the document shall be liable for:
- AUD $50,000.00 per document.
- Nature: Fee for Professional Services Rendered.
TOTAL LIABILITY CALCULATION:
[Existing Debt] + [New Trespass Penalty] + [Service Fee] = TOTAL DUE.
Invoices are issued immediately and are secured by the Standing Commercial Lien.
