Dear Mr Muresan,

As your proposed notice does not refer to any legislation under which the notice is being published and does not contain reference to any legal proceedings that are currently on foot in a Tasmanian (or Commonwealth) Court or Tribunal it is deemed unsuitable for publication in the Tasmanian Government Gazette. If you wish to publish the notice we suggest doing so in one of the newspapers circulating the State.
