The Record of Default: In the absence of these instruments, the STATE and its employees operate as Executors De Son Tort (False Executors). This status was formally established and served via the Security By Way of a Lien (March 15th – The Ides of March), as published in the Mercury Classifieds and served upon the Treasury and Finance in Tasmania.
