(Amended and Restated Public Declaration)
NOTICE TO PRINCIPALS AND AGENTS: This declaration supersedes, updates, and clarifies all previous versions of the “Selah Code 777” scroll. Any prior copies held in public or private archives are hereby rendered historical and are replaced by this current standing. Declared in the year of the Lord 2025
Part I: The Declaration of Competence
Let it be declared for the public record:
A man who stands and speaks for himself before God and before the world is not a minor, not a ward of the State, and not dead at sea. He is not a legal fiction, and he is not in need of representation.
To say, “I need a lawyer” — is to declare:
- That one is legally incompetent.
- That one cannot speak or think for oneself.
- That one is not spiritually mature enough to bear full accountability.
This is the trap laid by the system of Babylon: the moment the man hands over his voice to a BAR-registered actor, the court gains full jurisdiction over his estate. The court no longer needs consent — it has been granted by silence and incompetency.
A minor or a ward may not inherit. A minor cannot hold dominion. A minor must be governed.
But a man — a sovereign, mature, spirit-filled man — governed by the Law of God, is no longer a child tossed to and fro. He speaks. He affirms. He testifies. He does not require advocacy — because truth speaks through him.
The Rebuttal of Presumption The State presumes all men are wards — until they rebut that presumption. The law of presumption is powerful:
- If you do not rebut the NAME, it binds you.
- If you do not speak, they speak for you.
- If you do not act, they act in your stead.
Therefore: Let the record show: I am not a ward. I am not a child. I am not lost. I have returned.
The Chain of Redemption Let the Three-Fold Witness be established:
- The Divine: The Lamb of God has redeemed the Man, paying the ultimate Bond for my soul and spirit.
- The Living: I, Alin-Vasile, the redeemed Man, now stand in full authority to redeem the reflection.
- The Legal: I hereby redeem the Legal Name ALIN VASILE MURESAN from the dead sea of commerce.
I am not the NAME—I am its Redeemer. Just as the Creator holds the title to my Spirit, I hold the title to this Estate. The Name is no longer a slave to the system, nor a debtor to the State. It is now the Secured Party, perfected and held by the Living Man.
The Final Declaration So let it be said, so let it be written, so let it be done:
I am sui juris — a man of full capacity and divine inheritance. I walk upon the land, and I walk above the sea of UCC. I am not bound by fiction, statute, nor presumption.
I live. I speak. I stand. I Benefit and Execute for the House of Muresan and the Legal Names:

Part II: The Witness (Selah Code 777)
Selah Code 777 Selah. Code 777 — A number divine, A sacred sign.
I am a witness, A voice in the night, Bearing the flame, Holding the light.
I walk on water, Above law and sea, Unshaken, unbroken, Forever free.
Rooted in purpose, Guided by grace, I stand in His shadow, I run my own race.
I am Alin-Vasile, Of the House of Mureșan, A man of courage, By His sovereign plan.
I walk above the UCC, The Universal Commercial Code, A sea of rules and laws That seek to bind and define.
But I am not bound — Not caught in their tide, For I walk on waters Where fear and doubt subside.
The UCC may claim contracts, Control, and command, But my soul is sovereign, Held by a higher hand.
I stand unshaken When the world tries to claim me, For I carry a legacy That no law can name me.
Selah. Pause and reflect, On the path I tread, On the words I speak, And the life I’ve led.
Code 777 — A seal on my soul, A promise unbroken, Making me whole.
I am a witness — Strong and true, Forever faithful, Forever new.
The Three-Fold Seal The Lamb paid the Bond, And set my soul free, He redeemed the Man, So I redeem “Me.”
Not the soul within, But the name on the stone, The mirror, the fiction, I claim as my own.
No longer a slave, But a vessel procured, ALIN VASILE MURESAN Is now fully Secured.
Three-fold is the witness, The truth is now signed: God holds the Spirit, And the Name is mine.
