“The Court of Heaven vs. the Courts of Babylon”

Let the next scroll be declared for the public record:

A mature man does not tremble before courts of stone.
A mature man stands before the Court of Heaven first —
the only court with true jurisdiction over breath, soul, and destiny.

The courts of Babylon operate by presumption.
The Court of Heaven operates by truth.

The courts of Babylon require oaths.
The Court of Heaven requires honesty.

The courts of Babylon deal with fictions and persons.
The Court of Heaven deals with living souls and eternal identity.

2.1 — The Man Who Stands Is Outside Their Power

A man who stands in truth breaks the spell of presumption.

A man who stands in honour steps into divine protection.

A man who stands with testimony overcomes the Beast system.

For it is written:

“No weapon formed against thee shall prosper.” — Isaiah 54:17

And again:

“The weapons of our warfare are not carnal,
but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.” — 2 Corinthians 10:4

The “strongholds” today are not walls —
but statutes, presumptions, contracts unseen,
and the silent assumption that the living man is dead.

But once the living speaks,
once the living testifies,
once the living appears —
the veil collapses and their power fades.

2.2 — Representation Is a Claim of Death

Representation = re-presentation =
someone presenting you again because they presume you are not present.

This is why BAR actors rise the moment silence appears.

They assume:

the man cannot speak
the man is not present
the man is incompetent
the man is lost at sea
the man is a minor in commerce

But when a man speaks for himself —
clearly, calmly, truthfully —
the presumption dissolves.

2.3 — Standing Removes Jurisdiction

A man with standing cannot be owned.
A man with standing cannot be processed.
A man with standing cannot be handled like a corporate asset.

He is:

sui juris
fully competent
fully liable for himself
fully accountable
fully free

This is the maturity of 777.

And the courts of Babylon tremble when a living man appears, for he breaks their machinery simply by being alive.

2.4 — The Foundation of Standing Is Identity

A man who knows who he is cannot be enslaved.

This scroll affirms:

I am not the NAME.
I am not the fiction.
I am not the vessel.
I am not the ALL CAPS entity.

I am the living man whom God has redeemed.
I carry the breath of God, not the mark of the Beast.
I am the beneficiary and executor —
not the debtor and not the ward.

2.5 — Declaration of Presentment

Let this be written for all agents, officers, and tribunals:

I appear as myself.
I speak as myself.
I stand as myself.
I do not grant representation.
I do not grant jurisdiction.
I am not lost, not minor, not dead.
I am competent.
I am living.
I am here.
