The Pact, the Prophecy, and the Living Man Who Saw Through It

🔥 Let it be declared with fire and truth:

That in the year 1666, while London burned, a law was enacted called the Cestui Que Vie Act 1666. It claimed that all men and women were presumed "dead" after the fire. Their property, rights, and souls were quietly transferred into a hidden trust — managed by the State and Church.

This was not a myth. It is British statute law, still in force to this very day.

Though enacted in England, its framework and principles are embedded in Australian law through inherited legal tradition. The presumptions of this act continue through the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages, Trust Acts, and State Revenue and Treasury protocols. In Tasmania and Australia, these presumptions remain unchallenged unless directly rebutted.

A fiction was created.

That fiction is the NAME — in all capital letters — like "MR ALIN VASILE MURESAN."

This NAME is not you. It is a legal person, a construct, a corporate vessel presumed to be at sea, governed by Admiralty law, held in a dead man's trust unless you rebut it.

It may appear in many variations:

• With prefixes: MR, MRS, MS

• With all capital letters: ALIN VASILE MURESAN, LOREDANA ADINA MURESAN

• In mixed styles: Muresan, Alin Vasile

• With or without middle names, hyphens, or punctuation

All are forms of legal color — imitations of law and identity, not the substance of the living man or woman.

To operate in color of law means to operate under the appearance of law but without its true authority. These NAME variants are tools of the Beast system, meant to extract value from your estate and impose artificial jurisdiction.

🔥 The Dead Man’s Trust — What It Means 🔥

The Cestui Que Vie Trust is a presumed estate created in your name when you are born. Under the presumption that you are lost at sea, dead, or incapable, the STATE claims control over your body, your property, your future, and your soul — through the NAME.

This trust is managed without your knowledge, unless you rebut it.

It operates under the legal fiction that you are not living.

It monetizes your estate, uses your identity, and trades your value in bonds, securities, and commerce.

It assigns your rights to trustees — including the Treasurer, Governor, and Public Trustee, while you, the living man, are reduced to a debtor and a ward.

But now, we rebut it.

We are not lost. We are not dead. We are living heirs. The trust is nullified by truth, and the truth is this: we are alive through Christ Jesus, and our dominion is restored.

We now reclaim all our property, rights, and souls. In this we include:

• All trees, land, animals, and natural life under our stewardship

• The frogs in the pond, sheep, cattle, goats, dogs

• All who cannot speak for themselves — the vulnerable, the voiceless

We extend our protection under the Lord Almighty to the entire estate of life entrusted to us. As it is written, “The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof” — and we, as caretakers, declare it now redeemed.

As in the days of Passover, all who are shielded under our roof and under our spiritual banner are under the protection of Divine Authority and the Almighty God.

We now declare the land that the Lord has given us is Holy Ground, for it is written: “Be ye holy; for I am holy.” (1 Peter 1:16, Leviticus 11:44) And again: “He that is holy, let him be holy still.” (Revelation 22:11). And as it was spoken to Moses: “Put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground.” (Exodus 3:5).

Revelation 13:18 says:

"Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is 666."

The Act is titled Cestui Que Vie Act 1666.

This is not a coincidence.

The "1" that comes before the beast is the false light, the false messiah, the Antichrist system that claims to care but only comes to mark, own, and control.

It creates the problem. It sells the solution. And it enslaves through consent, fiction, and fear.

• Medical control: forced injections, euthanasia, abortion as sacrifice

• Economic ritual: inflation, digital dependency

• Technological chains: QR codes, facial ID, biometric surveillance

• Religious substitution: truth exchanged for priestly lies and empty ritual

These systems are religious in nature — disguised as politics, law, and science — but they all demand worship, compliance, and sacrifice.

I and the living members of my House — the House of Muresan — have overcome the Beast and the entire digital system:

• Bio metric systems

• Quantum dot tattoos

• Iris and palm scans

• Microchip implantation (whether nano or visible)

• Syringes, injections, or sugar patches with nanotechnology

We reject any of these within our bodies. We reject any purported pandemic created by the Beast system and its elite bloodline cohorts. We do not consent. We are sealed in the Blood of the Lamb and the Spirit of Truth.

This claim includes Samuel James Muresan and Olivia Jasmine Muresan, the living heirs of the House of Muresan, who are not wards of the State, but redeemed and sealed through Christ Jesus, under Divine Authority, and fully protected under this rebuttal and declaration.

We also now include their names in the declaration of the living family:

I, Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan, born of flesh and Spirit, do hereby claim and declare Olivia Jasmine of the House of Muresan and Samuel James of the House of Muresan as living, redeemed heirs — not dead, not lost, and not subjects of any presumed estate or trust. Their rights, souls, and names are sealed in heaven, not in commerce.

As for my other son, whose name remains private, of the House of Muresan — born of my bloodline and once raised under my roof — I declare that he remains my beloved son. Though he walks his own path and serves under the Navy, he is not forgotten. I entrust him into the hands of the Lord Jesus Christ, who knows the heart of every man. He is covered in prayer and remains acknowledged in this declaration as part of my living House. If and when he chooses, the path of truth and redemption remains open to him, and he shall find his name remembered among the living.
