This fraud vitiates any remaining statutory authority the STATE claims to hold over the LEGAL NAMES listed herein. - VESTED SILVER LIABILITY: Pursuant to Point 6 of the unrebutted Mandate (RPP: 44 63800 09400 61704 63603), the Debtor has agreed to a daily penalty of 10,000 oz of .999 Fine Silver for the intent to “Mend, Merge, or Delete” the physical record.
