Let it be written and known:

The following declaration and final remedy notice is delivered on behalf of the living man, Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan, Executor and Beneficiary of the CQV Trust Estate.

That the living man, Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan, has made formal and lawful declarations rebutting the presumption of State jurisdiction, asserting status as Executor and Beneficiary of his CQV Trust Estate, and has recorded perfected liens and unrebutted claims on the public record.

Let it also be recorded:

• That Representation 171, submitted to the Tasmanian Planning Commission, was strategically removed or redirected from public view. Only after formal notice did the link appear to be reinstated.

• That such acts of erasure, concealment, or delay in publishing lawful testimony constitute administrative suppression.

Public Lien and Debt

The Security by Way of Lien, publicly published in The Mercury on 15 March 2025 and housed permanently at:

affirms a total debt of:

$708,100,000.00 AUD

This debt is payable by:

• The Treasurer of Tasmania (in his personal and professional capacity)

• The Governor of Tasmania

• The Department of Premier and Cabinet

• All those named and notified in previous scrolls who failed to rebut lawful claim

⚖️ Correction of Record

• The legal presumption that the NAME (MR ALIN VASILE MURESAN / MRS LOREDANA ADINA MURESAN) is one and the same as the living man and woman is formally rebutted.

• All presumed associations with the National Debt through the NAME are denied.

• The living family now holds Power of Attorney over those legal titles by virtue of live birth records, bond identifiers, and unrebutted affidavits.

You are hereby called to:

1. Acknowledge Executor and Beneficiary status of Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan.

2. Provide full disclosure of all trusts, bonds, and instruments operating under the NAME.

3. Issue immediate financial remedy to settle the lien, per commercial default.

4. Cease and desist all digital ID mandates and legal processes over the living heirs:

   • Samuel James Muresan

   • Olivia Jasmine Muresan

   • Alin-Vasile and Loredana Adina Muresan

5. Acknowledge correction of record across all departments and agencies.
