Scroll of Separation – I Am Not the NAME

Let it be declared before Heaven and earth, in witness and remembrance:

I, Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan,
am not the ALL CAPS legal fiction.
I am not MR ALIN VASILE MURESAN.
I am not the NAME.

But I — the living man, with breath, mind, body, and soul alive — am not the NAME, nor the LEGAL FICTION NAME of MR ALIN VASILE MURESAN, nor any other coloured Entity such as Mr Alin MURESAN, ALINN V. MURESAN, or any other format.

I am Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan —
a living man, born not into servitude, but into inheritance.

By the authority given to me by the Most High God, I declare this scroll sealed in Truth, in Spirit, and in the breath of life which no court may silence.

This scroll shall serve as a witness document — on earth as it is in Heaven — and shall be served upon the STATE, the employees of the STATE and the Government of Tasmania, and all their officials, offices, the Supreme Court, and every department and Title of Registrar, including the Public Trustee, the Governor of Tasmania, and all others with presumed authority:

• That the House of Muresan is awakened.

• That no man, code, or system shall brand us with the Beast.

The Beast system includes but is not limited to:
— Digital ID and QR Code surveillance systems
— Biometric facial scanning and tracking
— Quantum dot markers and nanotech implants
— Forced vaccinations and injections without consent
— False pandemics and psychological warfare
— Face mask mandates as ritual compliance
— The commercial code of the Cestui Que Vie Trust revealed
— The artificial linking of living souls to dead legal fictions for profit

• That the NAME is not who we are — and we shall never answer to it.

• That our scrolls are signed not in ink alone, but in truth and breath and Spirit.

“If you are reading this scroll and continue to send correspondence addressed to the NAME,
then you are now on notice: You have been caught, and your silence shall bind you to the truth revealed herein.”

This rebuttal shall be considered lawful and binding under Divine Law, Natural Law, and in rebuttal to the presumptions arising under the Cestui Que Vie Act 1666, wherein I was declared dead, lost at sea. I now stand living, with breath and soul, and deny the presumption in full.

Let it also be known:
The so-called Live Birth Record issued in Romania is rendered in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, with no time of birth and no birth weight.
These omissions and stylizations reveal the commercial nature of the document — not a true record of a living being, but a placeholder for a legal fiction.
Attempts to retrieve medical records and lawful evidence of my living birth have resulted in blame-shifting between agencies and no full disclosure.
Therefore, the presumption of my consent is lawfully and permanently revoked, and any attempt to use such incomplete records as lawful standing is hereby rebutted.
The NAME remains a fiction. I am not that NAME.

Silence is agreement and acquiescence and shall remain as Truth unless rebutted point by point with material evidence, including the live birth record and Birth Certificate for MR. ALIN VASILE MURESAN.

Now all power of consent has been revoked and reversed to the living man, for and on behalf of Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan, for and on behalf of the NAME.

The NAME served the living man, and now the true Beneficiary and Executor has expressed his dominion over the NAME and legal fiction.

Any department of Government now faces the wrath of the living man — in silver ounces — against any issued fees, licences, or registrations to the NAME, multiplied seven-fold in value against the Legal Title of the employees of the STATE who are now as surety for using the NAME ALIN VASILE MURESAN and/or any other members of the House of Muresan with false assumptions of joinder.

The Advertised Public Notice in The Mercury (15 March 2025) stands against Employees of the State to the value of $708,000,000.00 AUD, and now that is translated to precious metals owed to the living man:

• Silver Conversion (2025):

  • $708,000,000 ÷ $43.52/oz = 16,268,382 oz of .999 fine silver

  • = 506,003.63 kg of .999 fine silver

  • = 1,115,545.72 lb of.999 fine silver

• Gold Conversion (2025):

  • $708,000,000 ÷ $3,600.00/oz = 196,667 oz 24 karat gold

  • = 6,117.02 kg of 24 karat gold

  • = 13,485.71 lb of 24 karat gold

This remains the lawful and equitable compensation owed under equity, commercial lien, and the unrebutted affidavit of claim and spiritual declaration, as published and served.

This debt is now also charged against every member of the Cabinet of the Treasurer Mr Guy Barnett, and their successors and heirs in office, as trustees who have failed their fiduciary obligation.

From now on, every registration or fee the living man pays on behalf of the LEGAL NAME shall be charged against the employees of the STATE — in ounces of silver — and logged fiscally and spiritually as debt against the Department of Treasury and Finance and its fiduciaries, who are now in dishonour and default.

This declaration is also publicly available at www.houseofmuresan.com and shall serve as formal notice to all agents and offices acting under STATE authority.

This is witnessed by the living man and the Spirit of the Holy God Almighty, in Spirit and in Truth, and written by the hand of the living man Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan.
