This scroll rebuts the false legal construct assigned to her at birth and the presumed contract formed through the civil marriage ceremony in the State of Victoria.
As wife of Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan and mother to living heirs, she stands in truth — not in corporate union — under the authority of God, not government.

I learned this when I examined my husband’s Live Birth Record — typed entirely in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, stamped “BORN ALIVE.”
Life was acknowledged, then immediately shrouded in fiction. We strip away that shroud today.

That ceremony bound the NAME “MR ALIN VASILE MURESAN”
to the NAME “MRS LOREDANA ADINA MURESAN,”

another layer of debt and surety to the State.

I hereby rebut every presumption that my marriage is a contract with Victoria, Melbourne, Tasmania, or any State of Australia.
