Context and Letter Rebutted

On this day, 24 September 2025, a letter from the Australian Government, Department of Health — National Bowel Cancer Screening Program, was received at 23 Alans Road, Petcheys Bay, Tasmania, addressed to the NAME “ALIN V MURESAN.” The correspondence bore Reference ID 201469524.

The letter attempted to enrol the NAME into a medical program requiring biological samples and QR code–based participation through digital identity registers. No signature, ABN, or lawful contract was provided. The letter represents fraud, misrepresentation, malfeasance, and acts of terrorism.

Rebuttal and Return

The correspondence was formally rebutted and returned to sender, marked as:

“Fraud, Malfeasance, Misfeasance, Misrepresentation, and Acts of Terrorism.
No Contract. No Joinder. Unsigned letter trading and selling flesh.”

The envelope was endorsed Return to Sender and sealed by the House of Mureșan. The offer is void ab initio.

Clause of Non-Participation and Non-Consent

At no time did I, Alin-Vasile of the House of Mureșan, ever:

• Agree to participate in the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program or any similar scheme.

• Consent to the creation or maintenance of any purported ID account.

• Consent to Digital ID — No link to QR Code nor now nor ever.

• Consent to QR Codes —No link to QR Code nor now nor ever.

• Consent to the collection or use of DNA, bodily samples, or biological material for any purpose.

All presumption of participation or consent is hereby rebutted nunc pro tunc, returned to sender, and stands void ab initio.

Directive to Agencies and Fiduciaries

All fiduciaries, agencies, and offices are hereby DIRECTED to cease and desist from presumption of consent, and to correct and close all ledgers and accounts connected to the NAME(S):

• LOREDANA ADINA MURESAN

• SAMUEL JAMES MURESAN

• OLIVIA JASMINE MURESAN

This directive applies to Medicare, MyGov, the National Cancer Screening Register, the Department of Health, the Public Trustee of Tasmania, the Ombudsman, the Treasury of Tasmania, the Commonwealth Treasury, and international fiduciaries including Washington D.C., the City of London, and the Vatican.

Liability and Executors de son tort

By failure to provide remedy, liability now falls upon the following officers, who act as Executors de son tort, including but not limited to:

• Jim Chalmers MP — Treasurer of the Commonwealth

• The Hon. Barbara Baker AC — Governor of Tasmania

• The Hon. Guy Barnett MP — Treasurer of Tasmania

• Eric Abetz — Attorney General of Tasmania

• Blair Comley PSM — Secretary of the Department of Health

• The Hon. Mark Butler MP — Minister for Health and Aged Care

And not limited to: all officers, agents, fiduciaries, and successors in office of the Commonwealth of Australia, the State of Tasmania, the United Kingdom (City of London), the Vatican, and Washington D.C., who by silence, dishonour, or continued presumption act as Executors de son tort over the living estate.

Perfected Liens and Remedy

The House of Mureșan holds four perfected Securities by Way of Lien, collectively valued at $708,000,000.00 AUD, publicly noticed in The Mercury on 15 March 2025 and published on this website. In addition, two further liens were issued and remain unrebutted: - Eric Abetz — $708,000,000.00 AUD - John Ramsay — $708,000,000.00 AUD Together, these constitute the total sum of unrebutted liens now standing, to the value of $2,124,000,000.00 AUD, as recorded under the Security by Way of Lien page and the Court Room of Records of the House of Mureșan. Remedy demanded: settlement in .999 fine silver, to discharge all false debts, bring the NAME accounts to zero balance, and transfer the trust property into the living estate of the Beneficiary.

Return to Sender with Enclosures
On 24 September 2025, the fraudulent correspondence from the Department of Health was not only rebutted and returned to sender, but was also enclosed with a signed and dated copy of this Scroll and a copy of the lien notice published in The Mercury on 15 March 2025. By this act, the dishonour of the Department and its officers is further recorded, and the perfected liens stand reinforced in both public record and private service. The offer is void ab initio, and liability remains upon the named fiduciaries as Executors de son tort.
