Opening Declaration

I, Alin-Vasile of the House of Mureșan, make record before Heaven and Earth that the STATE—in its global systems and institutions—has presumed to lay claim to the Name of Jesus Christ and to entangle the living heirs of God under false trusts, statutes, and religious codes. They wrap His holy Name around their systems, but they cannot ever possess the Truth, for the Truth is not in them (John 8:44).

This counterfeit order—the Mystery Religion of Babylon, the Whore of Babylon, and the Antichrist system—seeks to merge government with apostate religion and present a false gospel. It promises unity, morality, and salvation for nations, but it is nothing more than another Jesus and another gospel (2 Corinthians 11:4).

Historical Witness of Fraud

The Cestui Que Vie Acts were devised to treat living men and women as “lost at sea” or “civilly dead,” allowing estates and inheritances to be seized by the STATE. From birth registrations onward, presumptions were made without disclosure or consent; legal fictions were created and converted into commercial paper.

In 1666, as London burned, this presumption was codified. Thus the Beast was unveiled—the IMAGE of the legal fiction NAME standing in place of the living soul. From that day, commerce, law, and religion walked together under the number of a man, 666.

I testify I am not the Beast, nor the NAME, nor the IMAGE created in deception. I am redeemed by Christ Jesus, living, present, and beyond their grasp.

Declaration of Remedy

Therefore, Mystery Babylon must spit us out of its system and render full remedy. Estates and trusts held without consent must be released; restitution made as demanded by the Security By Way of Lien, denominated in lawful .999 fine silver, standing unrebutted, presently quantified at 2.1 billion AUD and growing due to continued dishonour. The ledgers must be balanced, the NAME discharged, and inheritance restored to the rightful heirs—the living men and women of God.

Prophetic Witness of Judgment

The spirit of Antichrist has long worked through laws, trusts, and false religion; what was concealed is now revealed upon the whole earth. But its time is short and its end is appointed: “Then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of His mouth and destroy by the splendour of His coming” (2 Thessalonians 2:8).

Babylon will fall; her merchants will weep; the nations will see her smoke (Revelation 18). This word stands as warning and witness.

Final Testimony

We stand in allegiance to Christ Jesus of Nazareth alone. We are washed in the Blood of the Lamb; redeemed; new creations in Christ. We are not the legal NAME nor under any presumed new-age religion of Mystery Babylon, the Whore of Babylon, or the Antichrist system. Our citizenship is in Heaven and our loyalty is to the Kingdom that cannot be shaken.

Because we are of the Light and not of the darkness, we cannot be deceived. The Cestui Que Vie Act trust must be released, and full remedy rendered in .999 silver to the Beneficiary and Executor sui juris—Alin-Vasile of the House of Mureșan.
