I. Declaration of the Living

I, Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan — a living man, born of woman, created in the image of the Most High — do hereby make this declaration, not in fiction, but in truth. I do not answer to the NAME. I am not MR ALIN VASILE MURESAN. I am not dead. I walk in the Light, and I stand in full authority under Heaven, redeemed by the blood of Christ.

The estate presumed over me has been reclaimed. The Cestui Que Vie Trust is hereby revoked. Let every tongue that rises in judgment be condemned.

II. The opressions and Offences of The State

This is the record of what you have done to the living:

You have sent unlawful rates notices on a property not connected to your corporate grid, falsely presuming ownership through Fee Simple fraud.
You have enforced vehicle licence renewals under coercion, demanding unlawful photo ID, compelling me to see a doctor for sleep apnea, costing $495 with no recognition from Medicare.
You denied me access to my own superannuation, unless I claimed mental illness or entered hardship under Centrelink — a system guilty of robo-debt abuse and forced contracts.
You imposed fines and licence point deductions using photo evidence of a different person (my wife), while ignoring my statutory declarations and affidavit rebuttals.
You rejected promissory notes bearing lawful seal and signature.
You silenced all attempts for redress:
