Let it be known and declared:

By initiating any contact — whether digital, physical, verbal, or written — via this page or to the living occupants of the House of Muresan, you hereby agree to the following conditions:

  1. You are not addressing a legal fiction, artificial person, or ALL CAPITAL NAME, but a living man or woman of God, under divine authority and covenant.

  2. You do not presume jurisdiction under any Act, Statute, Code, Presumption, or Commercial Contract.

  3. You acknowledge the sacred and private status of the land known as 23 Alan’s Road, Petcheys Bay, Tasmania 7109 — under the dominion of the living, not the Crown.

  4. You consent to be bound by the standing Affidavit of Truth and Statement of Fact issued by:

    • Peter-Joseph of the House of Humm (Public Notice – unrebutted), and

    • Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan — sworn Affidavit (including Living Testimony, Security by Way of Lien, and Claim of Remedy).

  5. You acknowledge full commercial and spiritual liability for any and all unlawful, deceptive, or presumptive contact.

  6. Any QR codes, legal threats, demands, fines, or enforcement attempts sent to this House shall be deemed an act of trespass, fraud, and spiritual violation.

  7. All communications are received strictly without prejudice, without liability, and with all rights reserved under divine, common, and natural law.
