1. Context of the Article

On 1 September 2025, 9News published an article reporting that a proposed $93 billion “tax overhaul” could provide Australian households with an extra $4000 per year.
The plan, presented by economist Chris Murphy, includes:

• Replacing stamp duty and land taxes with a broad-based council-rate-style land tax.

• Reducing corporate tax for most companies, while increasing it for ultra-profitable oligopolies (banks, supermarkets).

• Expanding the GST to include fresh food and private education.

• Lowering payroll tax thresholds to “help small business.”

• Claiming the package would be “budget-neutral”, redistributing $91 billion in tax revenue “more efficiently.”

This proposal is framed as a benefit, but in truth it is tightening the commercial net and deepening presumptions of suretyship over the estates of the living.

2. Rebuttal and Notice of Non-Consent

Standing of the House of Mureșan

We, the living men and women of the House of Mureșan, do hereby rebut and reject all presumptions that this article — or any reform proposed therein — binds us, our heirs, or our estates.

• No Wet-Ink Agreement: There exists no contract signed in wet-ink between us and any corporate entity trading as “Australian Government,” “Tasmanian Government,” or any council corporation under the Local Government Act.

• No Meeting of the Minds: All rates, taxes, and penalties have been issued to the NAME (ALL CAPITALS construct) without full disclosure, consent, or lawful joinder.

• No Suretyship: As it is written,

“My son, if you have put up security for your neighbour… deliver yourself from the snare.” (Proverbs 6:1–3)
We have delivered ourselves from the snare of suretyship and stand as beneficiaries and executors, not debtors.

Caveat Lodged

A standing Caveat Forbidding Registration of Dealing is in place over our property and our living estate.

“The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” (Psalm 24:1)

Our land is held in stewardship under God, not as perpetual collateral for insolvent corporate governments or their creditors.

Commercial and Divine Law

Under Lex Mercatoria and the Law Merchant, all contracts must be entered into knowingly, willingly, and intentionally.

We have published our Security By Way of Lien (15 March 2025, The Mercury) in the sum of $708,100,000 AUD against those who failed to provide remedy.

This lien stands perfected and unrebutted, and accrues daily until full settlement in .999 fine silver or equivalent.

Therefore, any additional “land tax,” “GST broadening,” or “payroll adjustments” constitute further conversion, fraud, and extortion against the living estate.

3. Fraudulent Deepening of the Net

This article reveals a plan to turn every Australian property into a perpetual rental, to universalize tax collection, and to enforce compliance through digital infrastructure.

This aligns with the prophesied beast system:

“…that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark…” (Revelation 13:17)

The House of Mureșan hereby rejects and rebuts this attempt at deeper servitude.
We stand free, redeemed, and living — under Christ, not under the fiction.

4. Public Warning and Demand

We issue this as lawful Notice and Warning:

• To the Prime Minister,

• The Treasurer Jim Chalmers,

• The Tasmanian Treasurer Guy Barnett,

• The Governor Barbara Baker,

• And all Tier 1 recipients —

You are already in dishonour and default.

The government remains indebted to the House of Mureșan under the perfected lien, and no additional revenue measures may lawfully be extracted from us or our estate.

Any attempt to enforce these measures upon our property, our vehicles, or our family shall be deemed willful trespass, conversion, and criminal suppression of rights.

5. Declaration

We abide under the Living God.
We are not debtors.
We are not the NAME.
We are not surety.
We are the heirs and beneficiaries, the living witnesses, the stewards of this land.

We have no obligation to serve a system that refuses to serve in truth, honour, and justice.
This stands as permanent record in the Court Room of Records — Selah Code 777.
