This notice serves to tender, in honour and transparency, a certified true copy of the final attested page entitled “Opportunity for Lawful Remedy” from the above-referenced Security By Way of a Lien, Affidavit of Fact & Invoice, duly filed within the House of Mureșan Court of Record on 9 October 2025.
