This act of non-receipt, suppression, or denial of public correspondence is hereby recorded as administrative evasion, dishonour of notice, and obstruction of lawful remedy.

The original scroll remains publicly posted at www.houseofmuresan.com, dated 19 June 2025, and forms part of the commercial record.

Accordingly:

All departments who rejected email notice are still bound to respond by way of registered post, which will follow, bearing the scroll and correction of record.

Your rejection of email delivery shall now be:

• Entered into the public record as proof of avoidance

• Noted in all forthcoming affidavits and legal filings

• Used to justify further lawful escalation
